THE SECTION EXPANDED KNOWLEDGE ON THE ROLE OF THE "PEACE AND TRUST" DOCTRINE OF THE PRESIDENT OF TURKMENISTAN IN INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS

On March 31, 2021, a plenary section titled "The role of the "Peace and Trust" doctrine of the President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov in international relations” was held via videoconference. It was organized within the framework of the International Forum "Muhammad Bayram Han – the Turkmen and the traditions of humanism, patriotism and courage of the Turkmen people" in the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

Turkmen and foreign scholars, historians and philologists, the management and teaching staff of the higher educational institution of Turkmenistan and foreign countries, as well as representatives of the national media attended this section.

The Director of the National Institute of Education of Turkmenistan B. Byashimov acted as a moderator.

The member of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation, Doctor of Philology, Professor H. Alishina in her video presentation spoke about the centuries-old linguistic contacts of the Turkic tribes on the territory of Western Siberia. In particular, she mentioned the connections between the Turkmen language and the vocabulary of the Tobol-Irtysh dialect of the Siberian Tatars that vividly reflects ancient intertribal contacts.

The Speakers of the second section also described the deep respect by the world community for the role of policy of peace and trust pursued by the President of Turkmenistan in international relations and its positive impact on political developments in the region and the world. It was noted that such policy of the head of state is the foundation for political stability in the region and non-alignment with the domestic policies of other countries, the neutrality policy increase the country's political and economic reputation in the region and in the entire world day by day.

Moreover, it was noted that being located in the center of the countries bordering with Central Asia, such as Afghanistan, Iran, Uzbekistan and others, Turkmenistan acts as a state having great respect on a global scale and promotes peace and prosperity throughout the world. It was highlighted that the UN, in cooperation with Turkmenistan.has opened the first Regional Center for Preventive Diplomacy in Central Asia.
